Our tenant had left the carpets in an astonishingly filthy state after only 18 months of occupation, which was particularly upsetting when they were brand new when they moved in. It was equally disappointing when the first contractor organised by our Managing Agent failed to remove anywhere near enough of the dirt, and we were faced with the prospect of viewers of the property being seriously put off by the state of the carpets.
