Caught on Camera!

Recently Steve Alderman (Safeclean Bristol) was allocated a Guardsman call out job.

From the report, the customer advised that it was a urine stain removal caused by their pet.

When Steve reviewed the report, he noticed something different that he has never seen before - as the photos included were not your typical images!

This is the first time that Steve had ever had an action shot of a dog causing the stain!

The Guardsman claims team concurred that this was accidental damage and allocated the purchase order to Steve.

Steve attended the job and successfully managed to remove the stain. The customer was left happy with a fresh & clean sofa again.
