Safeclean vs Rug Doctor
Steve Court of Safeclean Liverpool received a call from a representative at Rug Doctor asking if he could help solve a problem for them.
One of their customers had rented a Rug Doctor machine and used it to clean their lounge carpet as well as a woollen rug. The customer then claimed after cleaning these that:
It made both the carpet and rug dirtier than they were before
They started smelling
And they took days to dry!
Rug Doctor tested the machine and claimed they found a fault with the suction. To rectify this, they agreed with the customer to have it professionally cleaned.
This is where Safeclean stepped in - Steve successfully managed to clean the carpet and rug, and got them both smelling fresher and once again looking like new.
This goes to show that DIY home attempts are often not the best fix, and can sometimes prove quite costly - in this case, it certainly was for Rug Doctor!
