The benefits of working together

For some time, Chris Silvester has been working on a large commercial job in high end apartments. Usually, he cleans carpets and communal areas, but recently the job has expanded to include larger communal areas including this stunning cinema room.
Chris decided that due to the size of the job, this would need more than one pair of hands and he reached out to Manj Hansra for support. Owning neighbouring territories, the two franchisees have worked together before, and often call upon each other for assistance

This was a job that would have been really difficult and physically exhausting to do alone, as the chairs all had to be cleaned and moved before the carpets could be dealt with.

Chris said “Working with a colleague can be extra motivating, especially on large jobs that are tiring. Manj and I have a great working relationship and we regularly take on big jobs that are too much for one person. I would encourage, that if it is possible that other franchisees work closer with their surrounding colleagues.”
