Steve received the job through Martin Jordan(Derby) who had recently cleaned curtains in a crematorium in his area.

The customer advised Martin that he owned multiple crematoriums across the country and asked if we had someone who covered the Bristol area who could do a similar job because they recently had a major flood there and needed some help restoring the damaged curtains.

Martin gave Steve's contact information to the customer and also called Steve to give him some context for why he would receive a call soon. Steve thanked Martin for referring him and spoke to the customer and accepted the job.

Steve attended on a Sunday morning and the work consisted of cleaning & restoring curtains in two separate chapels. The clean went exceptionally well and the customer was really impressed with Steve.
